Since the submission of our Outline Planing Application in  December 2015 we have been working with West Berkshire Council, as well as other relevant parties and the community, to develop our proposals. With the applications submitted, officers at West Berkshire Council are now working with the team at Bloor Homes Southern to review comments recieved as part of the consultation in more detail. These discussions will take place over the next few months and we will keep you updated with any changes to the plans that may come from these.

The Sandleford Park team is attending a number of meetings in January to discuss the proposals with statutory consultees Newbury Town Council and Greenham Parish Council. Bloor Homes is continuing to work with Donnington New Homes and planning officers at West Berkshire Council to create a comprehensive masterplan for the Sandleford Park site.
