Sandleford Park will bring forward a long term plan for the area to bring 2,000 homes and community facilities alongside each other, complementing and opening up the land which formed the original Sandleford Park itself. The new community will be built in phases, using materials and landscaping to reflect the character and styles of Newbury.
This website aims to talk about how this new development might take shape, as well as inviting comments which can help to further guide the process. We’ll keep the website updated as the whole project progresses.
